A setup guide for internal IT teams, the in-house IT department of a single organisation, is coming soon. Until then, email [email protected] to get set up. The current quickstart is written for managed service providers (MSPs) that support many client companies through a PSA.
Who this is for
IT teams that support their own organisation's staff and devices, rather than clients. SuperIT connects to the PSAs listed in the PSA integrations overview. If your team uses a ticketing system that isn't listed there, an admin can ask SuperIT in chat to connect your PSA, then choose Other and tell us which one you use. You can also email [email protected].
