Every SuperIT settings page, what it controls, who can see it and which page explains it
This page lists every page under Settings in SuperIT, what each one controls, which role can open it, and the docs page that explains it. Use it when you know what you want to change but not where it is.
On a service provider team, the team settings group in the sidebar is called Global settings. On a managed team or a normal team, it is called Team settings. Your own settings are under Personal settings.

Settings that are easy to look for in the wrong place
- Custom triage instructions are under Settings → Ticket automation → Custom triage instructions, not on the PSA connection under Settings → Integrations. Set them on the team that has the PSA connected, usually your service provider team; they apply to every managed team. This is the same for ConnectWise, Halo PSA, Autotask and Accelo.
- PSA status categories (New, Open, Closed) are set under Custom triage instructions, not on the PSA connection. For ConnectWise and Halo PSA, open the Status tab. For Autotask and Accelo, use the Status instructions table below AI Instructions on the same page. See How sync works.
- Sync filters (which companies, boards, queues or statuses sync from your PSA) are on the PSA connection, under Settings → Integrations → PSA provider.
- Facts about one customer, such as their standard hardware or who to escalate to, go in Team Context under Settings → General → AI assistant on that customer's team, not in custom triage instructions.
- Pending command requests are on the Command Approvals page in the main menu, not under Settings → Command policies.
What managed teams don't have
A managed team doesn't show Team profile, Custom triage instructions or Billing. Custom triage instructions and Billing come from the service provider team. Team profile isn't inherited: a managed team is named after its PSA company when it is created. See What managed teams inherit from the service provider team.
